All exhaust systems are handmade, they are 1 3/4" in diameter out of the heads stepped to 2" for the remainder. Exhausts all come with 2 1/4" heatshields, they are solid for the first 9" out of the heads hiding any bluing which may happen, then they blend into one of three designs; Staying Solid, Tribal, or Flames. The design runs to the end of both pipes. We use 3/4" deep bungs which are recessed into the pipes for mounting the heatshields with buttonhead bolts, no clamps to degrade the look of your exhaust. The heatshields are offset 3/16" off the pipe to give them a contrast between the two. All exhaust systems are finished in triple stage show chrome, the steel is polished, then nickel, copper, then polished again, then nickel, chrome. Exhausts mount off the transmission, so no modifications needed. Mounting hardware and easy to understand instructions are included for a hassle free, perfect fit every time. Styles are available for Evo(LSD, RSD, Dyna with forward cont.) twin cam softail models, dyna with forward cont. including models with oxygen sensors.
